Holiday Greetings Dearest Classmates: It is with great joy and love in our hearts that the class of 1969 will soon reunite again. The 1969 Section A students will be hosting the 38th class celebration to be held on May 4, 5, & 6, 2007. It was just like yesterday’s sunset when we honored the 36th successful and eventful high school reunion at the Pampanga Colleges. Please see events for more information. Remember that there is no greater gift but your presence, so kindly plan in advance.
With love, blessings and peace to you during this holy season. Gertrudes T. Leyson |

Dear Class of 1970: The recently concluded "first ever get-together in America," held September 2, 2006, was a resounding success. Nineteen alumni from different parts of North America, even as far away as New Jersey and Canada, participated in the event. After 36 long years, we were able to reunite with a lot of our classmates and friends. Money cannot buy the joy and happiness the reunion brought the participants, most of whom set aside personal commitments just to see each other again! Part of the excitement during the reunion was trying to recall (sometimes unsuccessfully) what the person looked like when we were in high school. Most of us have succumbed to the ravages of time and the stress of pursuing our lifelong goals. As a matter of fact, we probably wouldn’t even recognize each other if we were to bump in a mall. Yet, if you really look hard and long enough, like we did during the reunion, you can discern the same facial features we had during our high school days. Of course, you first have to ignore the almost-unnoticeable wrinkles, reading glasses, vanishing hairlines, and a little bit of weight in the wrong places. Only then can you say, “Oh yes, I remember you!” Although we were overjoyed that night, we still did not forget to touch on the possibility of a grand reunion in the Philippines, if the Almighty permits... in 2008! The details will be discussed during next year's get-together in the Bay Area. So, please, spread the word ... and pray that we all make it, so we can bring happiness to all of our classmates. Please, keep in touch... always visit our website for news and updates, and send new materials to the webmaster for posting. God bless us all. From the "36 Years After" Reunion Class |

Dear Class of 1970: It has been 36 years since we left our dear Alma Mater, the Pampanga Colleges. We can still recall the laughter, the crushes, our "puppy loves", teachers, seatmates, and how much we have daily for our "bakal". After all the ups and downs, we can proudly say that we have grown up. Most of us have raised families, while some opted to remain single. In commemoration of our anniversary, and to make this event more memorable and lasting, we thought of launching this website to coincide with our first ever get-together in America, to be held on September 2, 2006 in Los Angeles, California. The purpose of this website is to gather the Class of 1970 together for the eventual grand reunion in the Philippines. Please e-mail your comments, suggestions, your old & new photographs, articles, and memorabilia. The Pampanga Colleges Reunion Committee Dakal pung Salamat! |
